Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a customer base and achieving growth projections in an assigned territory. Primary emphasis for this position is to develop relationships with specific existing customers. This position will develop and qualify new contracts for projects, make sales presentations and quote and bid projects; as well as negotiate contracts for projects with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a plan to take advantage of all sales opportunities within assigned geographic territory.
  • Develop and use an account development plan for each key customer and support customer's goals and objectives.
  • Estimate and propose service agreements and facilitate system upgrades.
  • Utilize mutually agreed upon goals and objectives as a guide for planning weekly activities.
  • Work within a team to deliver total customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales activity and forecasting reports.
  • Conduct scheduled QA visits with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Keep current on company and competitive products.
  • Keep current on local business market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales.
  • Have a good understanding of business fundamentals and be able to articulate technical solutions in business terms to high level buying influences in customers' organizations.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus

Inside Sales

This position is entry level for sales and marketing. We are looking to train an individual into an Inside Sales role. The position includes relationship building and new client acquisitions.
